No group pictures for couples graduating? Years of graduate photos with my girlfriend and now I don’t get one for teachers college with her because of their policies. Not cool gang.

Tried to get a refund but they only allow refunds within 24 hours of purchase. I wouldve been able to do that if their chat agents were available to talk during business hours, which they werent. Therefore I couldnt process my refund in time. The prices are ungodly, its an absolute rip off.

1) They never contacted myself, nor most of my classmates that our proofs were ready. We all had to contact them to get our login info.2) I was able to look for the first week, but then started getting an error handling" redirect upon logging in. Chatted with the tech support and they said to me "I can see your prints." Good work. I can't. They messaged the "Lab" to get my account reset. Took 24 hours.3) Now my session ID and access code are not accepted. Need to wait until tomorrow again to get assistance."
