The food was great! I had the Roasted Pear and Goat cheese salad with (without the goat cheese or walnuts), which was delicious and light. The vinaigrette was amazing, the perfect balance of tart and sweetness. My partner had the BBQ Chicken pizza and loved it. My only gripe was there were only two servers at the time we went and it took almost thirty minutes to order. But I would still recommend checking Tobbogan out, the decor, atmosphere and food were wonderful and I’m inclined to think that the serving time was a fluke.

I went on a Tuesday evening and waited 1.5 hours to get served a second drink that we had to ask our server for. We got our food 2 hours after ordering as we initially came at 7pm and began to eat at 9pm. Our server forgot to input one of my friends orders so she had to wait an extra 15min and also forgot a whole round of drinks for our table. Also when our food arrived it was cold. It did have good taste but the wait time for a reserved, not busy Tuesday evening was ridiculous. They kindly did give us a 20% discount for our concerns. I’m not sure if I will come back. Hopefully the next time we go it will be much more organized and have trained staff.

Fantastic service, wonderful patio looking onto Richmond and the park. Food was great and brought out in perfect timing. Waiter didn't even ask me how everything was when I had a mouthful of food, it was in between bites!!!

My fiancé and myself are big fans of Toboggan. It’s one of the few restaurants we continue to go back to in London. We hadn’t gone in a while due to a few reasons but today we went back and it renewed our joy for the restaurant. We had an A++ server (Josh H) who was very helpful in helping us choose our meal and drinks for the day.Today we got the Mac and cheese with bacon which was far better than anticipated! We also got the Buffalo chicken pizza which is now our favourite pizza (it was the beef brisket pizza when that was around)! Josh helped to ensure we had a great day on the patio and it really helped to make us have a better Sunday, we’ll be back for sure!Only thing toboggan needs to do is maybe feature new menu items each week so those who like to go frequently can keep trying something new! Some new beer to try on our beer flights would be great too!

My husband, daughter and I were really happy with our 2 pizzas we ordered. We used a BOGO coupon I found online which was a great deal. We had tuscan and pulled pork. We also got a starter- pretzel and it was very good. All the food came out pretty quick and was hot. My husband always enjoys their beer too. Overall great experience. We had also made a reservation on the website a couple days prior and it was convenient and easy to use!

Honestly, amazing looking restaurant with great selection of beer. But the food. My god it is terrible. 8 of us got 8 different things and nobody enjoyed anything. Pizza dry and stale-like. Sandwiches were dry and terrible. If they got their act together in the kitchen they would be a go to spot

Every visit to toboggan is an experience to be had. The servers are all very friendly and every plate of food is delicately prepared & presented as a work of art. I’ve always particularly enjoyed watching the nice young and absolutely chiseled men with big strong muscular hands always putting on a show, skillfully tossing & spinning the pizza dough in the air before placing it in their wood fired stone baked oven in their beautifully open designed kitchen.
