I would highly recommend staying away from this company. They do not stand behind there products. We had purchased a set of the tuftytime sofas about a year and a half ago, that cost around $5000 and they are starting to fall apart. We have various issues with them, from the foam loosing its ability to support (probably cheap foam), to the fabric becoming loose, which truly looks terrible because the seating surfaces are all wrinkled. The worst is a structural defect on one of the pieces where we can see a metal spring and a piece of wood that is protruding out of the bottom. After emailing the company and telling them my various problems, I was basically told I'm out of luck and I should find someone that does furniture repair because there warranty was only good for a year. Most companies stand behind manufacturing defects for a lot longer than a year. Whats funny is I actually had contacted them 6 months into the purchase with the loose fabric and major pilling of the sofas and was told, this was normal that the fabric would relax a bit, but wouldn't get worse and the pilling would just need to be removed with a fabric defuzzer. I've had cheap fabric ikea sofas that have never had any pilling but these I have to defuzz on a bi-weekly bases. They knew there sofas weren't going to last long and they were just trying to delay it so that the warranty period would end. Anyways I wanted to share my experience so no one else makes the same mistake I did, I definitely recommend looking elsewhere for a sofa.
