Fraserway RV - Bedford

We recently attended the RV show in Halifax with the intention of finding a travel trailer that had all the features we wanted. We looked around and had our choice narrowed down to 3 different trailers from 3 different companies. We were going back and forth comparing them. We finally decided on the one from Fraserway. We really liked the features it offered and the one it didn’t have (outside cooking facility) was added by the Alta East-West Rep. We dealt with Jonah at the RV show, we felt he wasn’t pushy, he answered all our questions, showed us all the features and took his time.Two weeks later we met with Jonah again, he spent about 2 hours showing us how to operate the trailer, preventive maintenance and care. We felt he was organized and and took his time. He made sure we had his phone number and and told us to text or call him at anytime regarding any questions or concerns, whether it is now or when we are going across the country.We also dealt with Nick and Rosie in the finance department and they we great.I would recommend FraserwayRV !

Bought a beautiful park model trailer from Fraserway two weeks ago and took delivery this past week. Vince Ferla was our Sales Consultant and Rosie was their Finance Manager. Vince was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and down to earth which made the experience a pleasure. Rosie was also awesome and prepared. The purchase was seamless and all expectations were met. Can’t say enough about the team there. Thanks very much to you all.

If i could leave less then one star I would!I purchased a brand new Coachman Catelina in July 2021 that has had nothing but issues. You have sent 2 different people out to look at my trailer over the course of 1 year and document issues and order supplies needed to repair. It was in your possession for 7 months after I bought it to complete said repairs only to have you give it back with only a couple of them actually completed. I was promised someone would come to my seasonal site that summer to finish repairs. That did not happen. After several emails and calls with no resolution from you, camping season was over and i took my trailer home. Shortly after you finally sent someone out, not to repair anything just to make yet another list of what needed to be done. Your service manager indicated he needed to view the camper for himself before said issues could repaired. It has been since September 2022 and he still has not shown up. After numerous attempts to contact him we finally spoke on Easter Monday and he made a joke about not saying which September he meant" referring to him coming to view my trailer. He promised he put me in his calender and would be out the following Friday or the one after at the latest! They have come and gone without any word from him and I've been calling a few times a week to speak with him and he has yet to return my calls. I am beyond frustrated as this was such an expensive purchase and I made it because I was convinced it was better to go new because there would be warrenty if anything went wrong. I paid over $58

Rented a medium c class rv from here for April / May 2023. Collected van on an open day so had hot dogs, drinks and a chat to a previous customer. Very comprehensive run through of the van from Marie and Emma with all questions answered. Van exceptionally clean and well presented. Good size for 2 people. Van ran well, if a trifle heavy on petrol costs, but it's a large heavy vehicle and we drove around 1800 miles. Very comfortable to drive and sleep in. So much storage space we did not use. Many features not used, such as awning and generator. Could find no fault with van or service. Would definitely recommend using Fraserway again.

Started shopping for a small “Class A”motorhome last fall. From the first contact in October to time of purchase in May, Jonah was always prompt in responding to questions and provided great advice which helped on making our final decision. Dealing with Jonah and Nic from finance was always pretty straight forward without any surprises. Travelled from Moncton to do business with Fraserway and would do it again without hesitation…

Scheduled an appointment for a repair, came out with a new tent trailer! Josh in Sales was great and a knowledgeable pro, Angie from Service was very friendly and helpful! I gave them a tight deadline and they delivered! Just in time for my wife to go to the Shania Twain concert! From this moment on I’m choosing Fraserway RV Bedford cus Man, I feel like a Camper ;)

We purchased our first RV today! Vince was our salesman and Rosie took care of the financing. I cannot say enough good things about these two! They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the process very smooth. There was never any pressure to buy and Vince walked us through everything from A to Z, making sure he answered our many, many questions. He also made himself available on his day off, which was truly appreciated. Fraserway RV is very lucky to have these 2 employees! Thank you for everything Vince and Rosie!

I have to say I’m not impressed with the service I have had a issue with my new trailer for a year and every time I call I get a different answer I bought extra warranty where they come to its location and fix the issue but haven’t come to fix my issue and come to find out that the parts haven’t been ordered like they said they were. The sales person did nothing to help the situation when asked, best answer I got today was have someone else fix it.

We just purchased our new to us motor home from Fraserway RV in Bedford. Vince did a great job making sure we were happy with our purchase. He took his time and went over everything about the Motor home.Rosanne in the business office was very knowledgeable and explained all the paperwork. A pleasant experience all around.Thanks
