Errol was professional and knowledgeable. Very thorough and even left me with some tips on maintenance that will help my system run longer and more efficiently.

Several other companies refused to service our commercial heating unit leaving our office without heat for over a month. Not only did the technician actually come when we placed a service call he was able to fix our unit in a few hours. The technician Dylan was very helpful and explained everything. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC service.

We had our yearly heating and AC maintenance recently and Nyeid the Technician from Service Experts was on time and very professional. He did everything to ensure that all of our units were working smoothly. Nyeid is polite and professional as are all the Technicians from this company. Happy with the service.

I had a terrible experience with this company's commercial division and would never recommend this company for commercial work of any kind.I needed HVAC for a simple two room renovation to my business with a fresh air exchanger to deal with some fumes from a 3D Printer. I ended up with a system that does not heat or cool one of the two rooms and does not exchange the air effectively for the fumes. The company is unwilling to fix the issue and even went as far as to suggest I should pay them to add another system.Terrible service, condescending staff and a totally poor outcome that they are unwilling to stand behind. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY FOR COMMERCIAL WORK.
