It was good experience. Agents are usually walking around and you can ask anyone any question during the time of delivery. Do make sure to check everything. Whole Tesla team was very welcoming and helpful. Overall smooth purchasing experience. And yes, Car itself is amazing!

Purchase of new , traded in my old car. Zero experience. Will not recommend no anyone to purchase from this dealership. Do it yourself experience. File your own claims from govt sites. Get your own licence plates. Fend for your self. No winter tires available. Pressure by sales to unload inventory no winter tires on vehicles so you can store your purchase in your garage till Spring. Does not fly with me folks. No mats included. Everything extra. No frills Tesla.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at Tesla Laval, the behaviour of the seller person was extremely rude as he constantly looked at his phone and showed no interest or care in assisting us. Moreover, he made numerous mistakes in our account, whether it was the purchase order or the interest calculations. When we asked for clarification, he failed to provide any explanations or address our concerns. Additionally, his lack of professionalism was evident as he rushed through the process and seemed uninterested in providing proper assistance.

Wow, what a great experience at Tesla Laval.. the whole team is great ..specially Pascal and John .. they treat you with Patience and respect.I would recommend to anyone who’s looking for New Tesla.

Went in to purchase a car the guy in the front took 4 customers that came after me , and when it was “my turn” he told me to wait again so he can take his friend who he ended up not even getting anything and he tried to call me back when I left the building and I was next to my car . I waited there for an hour for nothing. Better off using the website

Very similar to other reviews, I had waited 1 year to pick up my Tesla and was excited to receive it. I was provided 3 days to come pick up the car from the time it was finally available and the team was completely unwilling to move the delivery date, and threatened that the order would instead be cancelled.I was travelling for work in the US and had to book an early flight back just to pick up the car.The delivery experience was bewildering bad, this team needs a firm training session. I was not educated about the car and the total pick up took 2 and a half hours. There was not a single thank-you for the purchase from the team member that accepted the 100k cheque.That being said, the cars great but wow they need to smarten up.

I LIVED A NIGHTMARE WITH TESLA. I was a true fanboy as they said. I ordered my first M3 in 2019, changed it for a 2022 because of new features. Waitlist was 9 months. After waiting 5 months for my new M3, I ordered a Model Y because it was finally best suiting our needs. I received my new model 3 and sold it after a month because my model Y was coming a couple of weeks after. Tesla then called me to tell me my model Y order was canceled, due to the fact they deemed my account as Reseller. Which I am not. They stole my 250$ deposit.Yeah, this kind of behavior damages the brand like crazy. I am not the only one.If you want to make sure you have a car, DON’T ORDER A TESLA. If you have one already, don’t sell yours to upgrade as they may cancel your order and ban you for no reason.

Everything started well, but after sales if TERRIBLE!I have bought several cars from this store. Never had a problem until the last two models 3 I took possession of. I still to this day have not been paid my rebates from the federal goverment, and the Manager Pascal says that its up to me to do so, but I can't.I have spent hours and days on the phone with transport canada, having them explain to me that the cars are eligible for the rebate but the claim has to come from the store I bought them at. I asked for this rebates to be removed before i paid in full but I was told by the team that I could do it myself. I have months of emails going back and forth on this topic with nothing moving forward. Last time this happened they helped me process the claim and sent me a cheque! However this time is just a nightmare im out 10'000$ because they will not assist me with this matter at all. Worst of it is that they confirmed both of my cars are elligible for the credit.I would never recommend a tesla car, suv, or other product to anyone I know, I have more cars on order with this manufacturer but am not motivated at all to take possession of them because of this situation.I have spoken to multiple people at customer service, and in store. Everyone is sympathic and tells me this isn't right, promises me that if i send them all the details for this situation i will get a call back from the regional manager or higher level management. NO CALL OR EMAIL HAS COME YET !!!This is going on almost 6 months now an still nothing has come.I dont understand why this has happened, the last chat i had at the laval store went very wrong it was gross how I was spoken to considering the amount of money I have spent there. I was told if you feel like we haven't done our part SUE ME, but it wont change anything but you can try. Pascal was no help at all once again. You shouldn't have taken delivery of the cars if you didnt receive your rebate he says. I had asked for it and they told me it couldn't be removed from the invoice before hand, I would get it after.All this to say I would never go to TESLA LAVAL, or any other service point ever again, unless this is rectified promtply

Everyone was great and super polite, only gripe is that they didn't let me test drive the tesla I bought. They kind of just told me that it's under warranty so no worries. Where as they let me test drive at tesla st Bruno, both a 2023 model and a used 2021.
