My boyfriend and I have been going here for a couple months. Always great service.Today they refused to thread his eyebrows. They said they only served females. They have done his eyebrows several times in the past. It’s not like he was asking for body waxing, I could understand that. When we asked what changed they said “we received complaints”It’s okay for him to sit and wait for me but you can’t do his eyebrows in the same area?

I had been dragging along with them because the place is close to me. But today was the last time I will be coming here for any service. Even with an advance appointment, the staff was not prepared with hot wax. They used cold wax which was super itchy and painful. The eyebrows were super inconsistent and the lady who was doing my eyebrows cut me and then was blaming me for not holding tightly when she was doing it while I was getting waxed even when I asked her not to. She was super confident in her abilities. Never again.

Have been seeing Navi for a couple of years now and she has shaped my eyebrows into absolute perfection!! Super clean space and reasonable prices! Even though she doesn’t take appointments for brows I always just phone ahead to confirm she’sh in and when good times to come are (takes 2 seconds!)

I’ve lived in this area for 4 years and been coming to get my eyebrows done here ever since we moved. Fantastic service, great price, and I always leave with exactly what I was looking for in the shaping of my brows! I have friends who now come from out of town just to get their eyebrows done here

Great place for eyebrows and facial as well. I always get them done by Daljeet she does a great job. Takes her time and listens to what you want to get done. I highly recommend getting services done from her. She also done amazing head massage with the facial which is an added bonus. Prices are also very reasonable.
