Their rewards system is convenient. They will track your bags on the computer vs. some other retailers that keep receipts or worse, make you keep the receipts

Love this pet store!They always have a great selection of treats and toys for my chihuahua.The staff is always super kind and helpful no matter what is ask.I've had to return a few items before and they never have an issue with that.The only problem I have is they don't sell a specific type of bully stick but that's totally fine. :)

Love the fact that I can bring my dog into the store even though she likes to poop as soon as we get in. Good prices and great selection of animal products.

FanTastic pet store - been in there a few times with our new puppy and the staff all know his name. Great product knowledge and advice, and my dog actually enjoys the pet wash station.

I bought a twin tail Betta fish here just two days ago April 3rd, and the poor little guy has been laying at the bottom of the tank even since getting it home. I tried to do a return or exchange but their poor customer service wouldn’t allow it. I strongly recommend to anyone, please don’t buy fish from here. You’ll only be wasting your money. He’s not dead yet, but I have a feeling he won’t last much longer.I have three VERY upset children at home, who don’t understand why their isn’t swimming around at all.
