Hey there, I'm a third generation consumer that have dealt with the family at FM audio video and I'm so very pleased that I've continued my patronage to their company led by my parents and grandparents.History...Since dropping or being forced to drop the Panasonic panel line when I needed a new set, they encouraged me to buy a Sony.After some consideration I took their recommendation and brought the television home and it worked flawlessly.Sadly, about 14 months give or take later....The panel stopped working. When I phoned them, I was disheartened to learn that the panel was out of warranty despite being one of their top tier OLED models. However, because of our longstanding relationship with the family and their commitment to their customers and the products in which they sell and service they were able to provide me with a replacement TV at no cost to me, but at a substantial cost to them.This speaks volumes to their perseverance and maintaining customer satisfaction as well as the integrity for the products that they are encouraging people to buy.I can't speak for everybody, but, loyalty goes a long way with businesses that have survived the test of time in the face of online retailing and discount and budget stores.I will forever pledge my consistent allegiance to those at FM audio video and businesses like them that are out there for the consumers first and foremost. When I needed them, they were all about helping me which seems so simple, and easy, yet has been lost this day and age regarding sales, margins and commissions.Please keep up the good work and continue adding value to mine, as well as all other purchases made at your establishment.

Was looking to replace a TV recently and was assisted in this by Howie Fraser. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to up-sell. He made me feel comfortable asking what ever questions I had. When I went to set up the smart TV today I had some issues. Howie was not able to resolve my problem on the phone with me initially as he wanted to do some tests on a similar unit and call me back. He did! The issue was a simple one but he helped me through it. Thanks for the great service!

I've been dealing with FM audio video for a few years. I went into the store today and I'm going to be buying a portable CD Bluetooth USB player and I'm going to be getting a CD player stereo modern radio for my car from there as well. They install car stereos as well and they provide very polite and courteous service. I like the different brands of televisions to that they have in there.

The total package! Our salesman Howie was amazing, knowledgeable and genuine. We are thrilled with all the products we purchased through Howie. He arranged for our install and sent the most fantastic technicians especially Rueben. Rueben is hands down the most patient, experienced electronic wizard we have ever met. He was more than happy to work with us and ensure our system was set up exactly how we wanted. He was genuinely focused on our customer satisfaction. They don't come any better!!!!We will be definitely return and deal with these two gentleman again for any of our electronic needs. Highly recommend them!!

We purchased approximately 5,000 in equipment....Sony TV, stand and sonos speakers. We requested delivery to Waterford. We understand you need to pay for delivery and set up, however the speaker system was not set up and they billed 6 man hours when they were here for 40 minutes. We received a call to pay $575.00. Totally unacceptable. Never again.

I purchased a sound bar but not being overly technical I had problems setting it up. The staff at FM was superb and very understanding when they realized my TV was not equipped to work with the sound bar. Excellent product line, superb customer service, and reasonable pricing. I’ll be back.

Howie and his team of professionals are amazing. Unlike big box stores ( which these guys price match by the way!), if you have an issue after the sale, these guys help you. Kind of an old fashioned concept but I sure appreciate it. My store for all electronics!
