After last year’s heat wave, we just had to say yes to AC. We contacted Heroes Mechanical during the winter, so we wouldn’t miss out on AC units being sold out, again! Roll on a few months, when the snow was melting, Ian followed up with us to let us know he had ordered our AC unit. A month or so later, when the weather was finally hitting 15+, he followed up with us again to arrange for install. We now have AC…and it’s doing its job…I’m freezing!!Although Ian has an electrician on staff, he was very open and accepting of our preference to hire our go-to electrician.We would highly recommend Ian of Heroes Mechanical. He’s knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, accommodating and didn’t forget about us even though we’d inquired months ahead.Thank you Ian!
