Don't pay for it if you don't use it. Best maintained expressway in the country. Saves a lot of taxes.

No matter what you think about when you see the guys/ladies sitting in the trucks, you don’t see the other side of what they do. I see a lot of then out rain, sleet and snow and now the really hot days breaking there backs. They deserve a lot of credit for what they do.
