Westgrove X-Ray Clinic
My xray was misdiagnosed as pneumonia when in reality, I had pneumothorax. I was essentially going about my life with a collapsed lung for almost 3 weeks and unnecessarily put on antibiotics. It is frustrating that the clinic is not able to upload the actual xray images onto a medical database that can be easily accessed by hospital staff, which is what hindered my treatment. If possible, I would like to see this clinic upgrade their tech so they are able to upload xray images and not just the radiologist report, as I believe it would prevent further disasters like mine from happening.

Monday Nov19, its 8:55am and still not open. Operating hours are Monday to Friday 8:30-16:30.

My senior mother travelled here by DATS with her walker just to arrive and find out the x-ray machine is broken. Go somewhere else that has reliable service.

Westgrove X-Ray Clinic
We were sent here by the Unity Clinic as their machines were down for servicing. When we get to Westgrove at 3:30, there is a sign that the clinic can close at any time. For me, this experience is challenging as I use a walker and require someone to drive me. Very unprofessional and annoying.
