Centre Médical Mieux-Être (Succursale Bloom)

I am not the type of person who likes to give bad feedback, But this is the worst experience ever on the island of Montreal so far. Just try to call the clinic and see if you will ever receive an answer. After few hours of trying, finally got someone to cancel our appointment in respect to their policy of cancellation and we were approved. We received an email saying that your appointment was modified to the same date and time… and NOT cancelled! they debited the full amount. Now trying to call again, it’s been 4 hours of non stop calling. Three emails were sent early this morning with no reply. What is the point of a business as big as yours, with 3 websites and you can’t pick up the phone or reply to an email under 48 hrs for a client under the category private minor emergency. Bottom line, I paid 159$ for a cancelled appointment. Beware people. I don’t know how desperate are you to find a clinic, keep looking for a family doctor and stay away from anything private.

I have taken my son to Bloom twice for minor emergencies, and both times I was extremely impressed with the clinic.Instead of a waiting room, we were shown to an exam room upon arrival. I think this is fantastic - no need to worry about what your child may pick up while waiting to be seen. Everything is very clean, the staff is friendly, and appointments run more or less on time.Both doctors we saw were great with my son and took their time to answer all questions.I do wish the parking was easier (leave yourself some time), but beyond that everything is fantastic.

I was struggling to find my son a pediatrician. After many calls to all kinds of clinics I ended up buying a 3 visit package from the Bloom clinic. And I was very pleased. The nurse Diva was very well spoken, polite and insightful. Definitely recommend it.P.s Those who left negative comments were usually late to the appointment. We arrived 30 min before the appointment just in case there is no parking. I think respecting doctor's time is important.

All staff were professional, thoughtful and respectful. The doctor communicated very clearly my eight year old in a way she understood. I think the overall patient care is excellent.

Fast and outstanding service! Friendly staff. Appointment are available in a reasonable timeframe! They helped us a lot when we was not able to reach my daughter's family doctor..

We were referred to to Dr Cynthia Eid by our family doctor. The staff were helpful and cordial. the appointment was scheduled to be for 10 minutes. We waited for a bit but the doctor was very efficient. She diagnosed my daughter within minutes and gave us a prescription and advice to follow.

I took my 4 month old son to Bloom for a 4 month checkup with nurse Diva and the service was incredible. It was a very thorough checkup and Diva answered all of my questions, happily. She was also able to refer me to multiple services for which I am grateful. I left feeling completely reassured. We will be back for a 6 month check up and I have already recommended this service to multiple friends. Also, the clinic itself is spotless, quiet, and there is a dedicated feeding area with comfy chairs. Thank you!

We had to go to this clinic twice within a week for my 15 month old and I cannot stress enough how amazing the service was. They were on time and lovely and got us the care we needed swiftly and efficiently. Everyone is talking about our broken system and I don’t disagree but this clinic definitely didn’t show the cracks. Thank you so much Bloom!

I highly recommend Clinique Medicale Bloom. The doctors and all the staff are amazing and they make you feel like you are not alone they listen to you and are so kind. It has been a blessing to have found them, my daughters are happy with the doctors at Clinique Medicale Bloom.
