I have called them 10 times now and nobody answers the phone. I've called many different days at many different hours. I've left many emails and voice messages. I need to set up a new vet store. My dog needs special food Asap.awful experience

Terrible experience. Delayed first order and lost 2nd order.No help in getting my pets special food.If you care about your dog order somewhere else.

I have been using them for a few years. At first the delivery service they were using ( loomis) was so terrible I thought I would have to find a different product. But they are now using purolator and the delivery service is excellent, on time and right to my door. That is a big relief as I love the products.

**Update: Many thanks to Christina! They pushed further at Purolator and the food was delivered to the wrong address. The replacement bag arrived and it was solved.I've ordered through them twice successfully" since the fall. The first time they sent the wrong food

These guys took the money for about six orders before I realized I wasn’t getting the product. I was $685 in the dumpster before I realized that they charged me and did not ship the food. Stupid I know! When I called, they said that the food was backordered. My pets are on special diets and I was heading to my local vet to get enough to last me through until my shipment arrived. Lo and behold it was never going to arrive. They refunded my money quickly and without question but I wonder if either customers realize they charge and don’t ship

Terrible Return policy!!!When I realized that I was charged twice two orders instead of one, I called right away, before they even send the order to me, and ever since then, I am trying to return the second order - with no luck.They told me to call the vet, and the vet keep telling me this is not his responsibility.someone needs to take ownership for the mistake, and provide me with the option to return the second order, without telling me, that my money will be kept in credit" for other services."

After one successful order, I signed up for auto-order for my dogs' food at 3-week intervals and when my 2nd order was meant to arrive I got a notification from Purolator that the package didn't have my address on it and it was being sent back to the sort facility. After an hour on the phone I finally reached someone at Purolator and my order arrived a day late - good thing I keep other dog food at home - and I've left 3 messages with My Vet Store so far and I'm still waiting for someone to call me back. The irony is their 'hold' message talks about how great their auto-order system is.... they should change that.

Great service. Never disappointed. Always on time. No lifting heavy bags of pet food. Really easy to use while saving a bit of money on each bag of your pets food.
