Huge shout out to Baily D in the garden center! There was a slight mix-up with a price check, which normally wouldn't be an issue except I drove down from RedDeer for this specific purpose. Once there, we realized the issue, but man, the customer service of this young lady was fanatical! She and her manager made it right, and I can't say enough about this location and their staff!!!! Side note this location is well worth the drive as they have a tone of great stuff, and its a big store!!!I might also suggest that scan guns or phones be readily avail to your garden staff to ensure they are properly equipped to take phone calls and give proper info while serving customers not in the store?

Came in today to a few things that I knew very little about. Amy (I think - I'm not good with names) spent 10 minutes explaining how to do it properly. It was attaching a flag to a pole. I would highly recommend Olds Home Hardware. Good honest people with knowledge. Thanks for the great visit

Olds Home Hardware Building Centre
Staff are generally very helpful. They have loads of products including a dedicated PET section. Where they SHINE is their Paint and Stain section, staff actually know about these prodicts, you can get good advice here and they can match a colour pretty well.They also have a complete lumber yard.Prices can be a bit higher than other stores, but not by much.

Olds Home Hardware Building Centre
Two of us drove in to the yard to pick up some lumber and supplies for a local job. Two identical crew trucks owned by my company, and we parked in the same location to wait for service. A yard worker came out, demanded that I move my truck, while my male EMPLOYEE was left alone; HE was allowed to stay. Lol comical. Also they gave me the most bowed, crowned, split lumber Ive ever seen...not so comical.

Sandy from the pets department. Is awesome. Always. She is a knowledgeable and friendly person. Love coming in to talk with her. About pets. Some of the other employees there could take a lesson in friendliness.
