They say their machine is so sensitive and exactly measured. Panel's range is very irregular to use. Sometimes it does work and sometimes not. Their poor working deactivator as well. What a rocket science they are selling. I regret spending over twelve-grand on this company.

Our old security tower stopped working and I needed a new one in a hurry. Some of my fellow franchisees have used Arc and strongly recommended them. After so many pain & stress of shoplifters caught on video. Police not responding or slow to respond due to pandamic crisis i couldn't take the stress/ pressure no more. Didn't know who to get to put in a security alarm gate for me..After calling so many people i was not so impress as they are only trying to sell you something & not taking the time to explain properly to you excep this 1 company that caught my attention & it was Arc Security systems so i decided to go with them. Arc Security has been great to deal with. We got our anti-theft antennas installed by our door and regularly buy more magnetic strips or tags. They're always quick to reply and get our order out.
