If you have a problem with your furnace or a/c I highly recommend calling Hubbard air. Their service rep and sales rep could not be more helpful and courteous. They are thorough, knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend Hubbard air with out a doubt. Thanks to all the staff.

Our A/C stopped working on Monday and I called Hubbard Air that evening. The technician Steve came the next morning and fixed the problem with the A/C in no time. He very polite and explained everything that needed to be done before starting work. The job was done quickly and professionally and at a very affordable price. Hubbard Air is exceptional. Our AC stopped working during a heat wave and they sent their tech out the same day, and communicated perfectly throughout the day. The service tech was polite and repaired the system on site and explained everything perfectly. Kudos to the Hubbard Air team, and thank you!

Very friendly, very personable fellow. He took note of what the job was, and what was needed. I was pleasantly surprised to found out they were able to do the job that same day and they began shortly afterwards. The company has a membership plan that was explained fully to me but I did not feel pressure to buy it. In the end, we were extremely happy with the work that was done, the explanation of it, and that the worker showed me the work that was finished. We would highly recommend this company. They are very professional, very quick, and very good to work with. Trades are great jobs, we all need them!

Staff did a thorough cleaning of the outdoor A/C unit. They were friendly and took all the time needed to do a proper job. When you select their annual program they will book the future appointments for you, very convenient. Highly recommended!

They sent me an email confirming the time slot, which was super convenient. On the day, they even provided an update with Jonathan's arrival time, complete with a tracker.Jonathan was nothing but prompt, arriving right on schedule. Immediately, I could tell he was both friendly and respectful. Without wasting any time, he dove into work. Within just 30 minutes, he'd identified the problem, and took the time to explain it to me in a way that was easy to grasp.I gave him the green light to go ahead with the repairs, and before I knew it, he'd finished the job. I loved the fact that I could settle the payment immediately—it was just so efficient. But the icing on the cake? A polite follow-up call to make sure everything was running smoothly. I couldn't be happier with my decision to reach out to them. They did an amazing job. My heartfelt thanks to them!

She cheerfully calls to let you know your service technician is on his way and also emails you a confirmation at the same time with a link for tracking. She keeps you totally up to date on parts orders and requests for quotes.Chris W was very quick to price and source the exact water heater and special anode I requested. He went out of his way to call the manufacturer to find what I wanted.My furnace recently needed repairs, under the ten year warranty, and Steve W was highly skilled and knowledgable in diagnosing and repairing the complex issue. Steve was very professional and explained the whole problem to me.Jonathan was also excellent for my previous yearly maintenance.Brian was able to quickly source the needed parts under warranty.Customer service has been great all around. I received quotes same day or next day, technicians come when they are booked and Sam kept us personally informed each step of the way.The Hubbard staff work as a team and treat you like a valued customer.

I called Hubbard Air to come and assess an issue I was having with our ductless AC system, as well as a leaking radiator. Sam in the office was great to deal with. She got me an appointment immediately and squeezed in both service calls for the same day so that I wouldn’t have to get them to come out multiple times, which helped me manage my own work schedule better. The technician that arrived was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had both issues diagnosed and fixed very quickly. He took the time to explain the issues and systems in detail and how he was going to repair them. He also helped keep the prices down as he tried the simplest options first, attempting to avoid major repairs and a longer service call if need be. Overall, it was a great experience using Hubbard Air. I will be using them for all my future HVAC needs and would highly recommend them. Knowledgeable, professional, and reasonable prices.
