I gave one star just because I had to,the food is under cooked,I had a breakfast and the sausage weren't cook in the center samething for my co worker with French fries under cooked for the price they charger you would think they would hire someone who knows how to cook

When the guy is there he does a great job, never had any issues always 5/5 which is the only reason I'm giving a 2/5 and not 1/5. Today there was an older woman there and she seemed completely lost and had no idea how to make any of the burgers.I ordered two burgers and both were completely burnt on the bottom, not to mention there were a ton of burgers on the grill which I bet mine weren't the only ones that were burnt. Somehow they even burnt the bacon. I wouldn't be as picky but, 9$ for a burnt burger and burnt bacon really is a rip off 1/5 stars for the food

The taste hardly matters if you get the green apple splatters. Good food but I always get sick after eating here. Great service and big portions. Nice selection of burgers, fries, and a unique poutine offering.

I am a big burger fan and eat a lot!! I mean a lot and my burger and poutine was absolutely amazing!! I definitely suggest you trying this out. Also probably only place in ottawa u can sit an enjoy your food fresh.. if your in the area stop in.It's worth itGood job guys keep up the good food

The best burger, bar none, I've ever had in Ottawa. Cooked fresh, great portions, a price that's actually not entirely ridiculous. You can pay more for a burger at tons of places that, at best, isn't quite as good.Nothing more I can say than that! Highly recommended.

Honestly, I never leave reviews for places but this place definitely deserves one. The green monster burger is one of the best burgers I’ve eaten, and the seasoning they put on the fries is great. Also, the man working there is super kind and always addresses you by your name and will usually ask if you need anything extra for free. Great place

One star for the food. Wait time is long during rush hour. I paid $19.47 for a chicken burger with a side of poutine and no drink (the to go plate was 80% burger space and 20% poutine). The lady at the cashier didn't ask if I wanted the receipt. So I asked for it but then she said it was too late! I am pretty sure she overcharged me because that meal was too expensive. It was my first time there so I didn't know what I wanted right away but I didn't take too long either. I told her what I wanted and she didn't understand me. I thought she got it right after but there was miscommunication again because I got the wrong thing. If I paused for one second she'd sigh, give attitude and look the other way. You should leave her in the back so no one is put off by her stank attitude.

Manhattan Handmade Burgers
I have been going to this place since moving downtown for work since 2015 and usually eat here once a week. I am not sure what has happens to this location but since August 2017 but it has changed and not for the better . The portions are smaller and they also depend on who is making your food. The service level has gone down hill and they seem to be all over the place and very disorganized . I will now try another location of this chain, as I bought my last poutine from this location yesterday as it was rather disgusting and very disappointing.

Manhattan Handmade Burgers
Went there yesterday and have to say the bacon cheese burger I had was phenomenal! Fries were amazing ! Very polite and clean I was extremely please with the service as well!
