I have found Dr Liu and her staff person extremely condescending and arrogant. She has extremely bad bedside manners and has little or no respect for patients or colleagues. Definitely thinks she is far superior to both patients and other doctors.

Extremely unprofessional, would never step foot in this clinic ..Horrible receptionist, doesn't follow up on appointments ... just cancels because she doesn't want to make sure they received the results.If this doctor care about reputation , they should fire her.

Whomever is manning the phones today should be sent home, because she's obviously not in the right frame of mind to provide any customer service. This is who you have representing a Doctor's office? She couldn't have been less interested in speaking to me. I don't care about your bad day. Don't project on other people. Disgraceful.

First appointment. Verbally attacked and talked down to by the front desk. Was accused of being reminded multiple times of bringing a mask. Forgive me for forgetting a mask in a post pandemic world. I didn’t argue went and bought a mask. No issues with wearing a mask, I respect it if it needs to be put on. I just expected nicer and professional mannerism. When I brought this up to the doctor about the rude behaviour of the receptionist, I was told he is passionate about his job. I do not agree with passion being mixed with rudeness. I was not aware of the office rules prior to my very first appointment. It’s not nice to be treated like that as soon as you walk into the office. First and last impression was very unpleasant. As the doctor repeatedly reminded me, I will be choosing another specialist.

The receptionist is absolutely horrible and should be fired. Zero sense of compassion or interest when speaking to a patient. Does not listen at all, just continues to spew her own BS at the individual on the other end.
