Service department, they are just looking to make money out of your pocket.They failed my MVI saying I needed 4 new tires, I checked and said they're not even to the wear marks, service manager said it failed at 3/32 for MVI (wrong as it's at 2/32 or 1.6mm). I went to another garage for a second opinion, tires are 5/32 and pass the inspection no issues. Ps I would've put zero star but it won't let me

After speaking to 3 dealers, 2 provinces and a negotiation that didn't work, Trevors Nissan was great. Bobby was able to work with my situation. After being told I wasn't able to buy the car from another dealership (for reasons that did not make sense), I had the same car within 4 days. Excellent service! Would have given a 5 star if the price went down a little, but that's business! Thank you!

Love their new building, so inviting.They recently built a brand new dealership and it's way better than the old one. Comfy chairs, phone charging station and some tvs to watch. Theres even a coffee/snack area. You won't be uncomfortable while you wait for your car to be serviced, that's for sure.Staff are kind and look out for you, unlike some other places that try to throw stuff in to get your money. They're honest and will tell you exactly what you need to hear, not what they think you want to hear.

These guys were absolute life savers for us - after having bust 2 tyres on the 108, Bobby, Tracey, and team helped us out with a hotel and a courtesy car, as well as calling their technician in on a Saturday to make sure we got back on the road to continue our holiday.
