Amazing staff always take care of me quickly and go out of their way to take on your issue with a product or service you are having. Today I came to get something shipped and didn’t have anything put together before arriving. They greeted me at my car door took the package and handled all the processing and packaging of the item. Amazing service hands down the best staples I have been to.

I am in the process of relocating to Stratford so this was my first time in this store. I was helping a friend with shredding personal documents when her new shredder just stopped working. I took it to the store and a sales associate by the name of Dean gave me excellent customer service. He listened, checked the shredder, that had only been used on 2 occasions, and made the call to exchange it. I am grateful that the whole experience was hassle free! He also gave me a couple of tips on using the shredder going forward. Thank you Dean!

Some of the best customer service I've ever received! Heather that works at the cash is absolutely fantastic, kind and knows how to put a smile on people's faces! Haven't had one bad experience there keep up the good work!

Gabe helps me every time I have a computer related issue. I find the staff knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Gabe helped me decide on my new laptop and it was a great purchase!! The best part was that I was able to buy it on sale!!

Terrible service. My husband went to go pickup my parcel in this horrible weather. The lady named JASMINE working the counter for FedEx did not even look she automatically said the parcel has been shipped out. He asked her if she's sure she said yes. We called FedEx they called the store and when the lady actually physically went to go 'look' the parcel Is now there?? MIND you it's not a small parcel it was the biggest parcel they have. I don't understand why she couldn't look in the first place to save me the drive back and forth from the store. I live 20 minutes away. Note to management: Please FIRE Jasmine and hire new staff who is WILLING to do their job description. I can't understand what KIND OF LAZINESS It must take to not be able to do your job? Like why give others a hard time. I will be taking my Complaint to head office as this should never happen again to anyone.

I had to return a product that wasn't exactly what I needed. The computer associate (I believe his name was Noah) searched for quite some time trying to find me exactly what I was looking for but he determined that it was not a product Staples carried. He went above and beyond to find the product I needed at another store. This was an excellent experience.
