FRAUD/WORST service ever ... I had a small accident and I went to this dealership to have an estimate and they told me it's gonna cost me around 4000 to 5000 $. The employees were very rude and unfriendly. I asked them to keep a part which was slightly damaged and I checked with the insurance company and they told me that it's mu right to have it. Although I insisted on that, they ignored my request (I think they're gonna use it again or resell it if they have changed it in the first place). I got the bill and the cheque from the insurance and I was shocked that it went up to 16000 which is gonna have a huge impact on my insurance history. I'm pretty sure that their was a lot of fraud and I don't recommend dealing with this dealership. The other dealer JLR West island is more professional and friendly and I recommend dealing with them.

I have serviced our LR4 at this dealership half a dozen times and although I have never had a bad experience, there is some major room for improvement hence a 3-star rating only for the following reasons:- when I drop off my car, there is never any eye contact and I could be standing for several awkward minutes before any service manager addresses me. I’m also not invited to take a seat, or asked politely how my day went, if I hit traffic, etc... the service managers punch in orders like robots instead of treating customers as passionate owners of this iconic brand.- when planning what’s to be serviced, the service managers are always thorough and I’ve never had any surprise after the work is done on the car. I’ve also never had any lingering issue with the LR4 eventhough we put in 90,000 kms in 4 years.- the major issue with this dealership has always been planning the service. The service managers never gave an accurate timeline, and when they faced issues, I was left hanging not knowing when the car will be ready, awaiting a call which came often too late. This is a major issue which is most likely caused by weak internal processes or lack of accountability of the service team who may be working in a silo and leaving the service managers to deal with customers without giving them much insight into the process or say to make things right.Sadly, eventhough I loved the LR4, I ended up selling it since I didn’t feel the dealership had the appropriate setup to enable their team to deliver a service worthy of the premium fees customers pay.I have also given up on Land Rover altogether since they don’t do enough - as a brand - to ensure their customers have a good experience at the dealerships. Hopefully they will continue gaining customers by leveraging the power of their iconic brand, and address customer attrition by enforcing higher quality standards and providing dealerships with the tools and infrastrucutre to deliver better service.

I tried to make an appointment at the service department, I had to leave 3 messages before someone decided to answer me. On the day of my appointment, simple enough I hand the keys over and verbalized the problem, only to be received by a blank stare and a barely responsive comment about the process. I had to ask about the delay time. While sitting in the waiting room, about 6 feet away from the receptionist and right next to the stairs leading to the internal offices, employees walk by and ignore you. No smile. No hello. It took about 20 mins and one person who was not customer service. A mechanic I believe, (Vincent, nice guy) offered me a coffee or something to drink. The rest of my wait was followed by classless employees vulgarly yelling at the coffee machine, trying to figure out the ‘pour’ function. I’m not expecting red carpet treatment. (Although why not right) but this was not even acceptable civility.

The sales team at this dealership are so utterly disrespectful and unprofessional it is hard to believe. After cancelling my appointments for test driving an Evoque after I drove all the way there, I decided to the test drive at land rover Decarie. I also was ready to place an order for new Evoque first time I walked in their dealership. Anyway, I made the grave mistake of placing the order with these guys because it is closer to where I live. first, they told me I would receive an order confirmation a few days after I place the order. couple weeks gone by not only I don’t have an expected date (which I understand sometimes it arrives late) or order confirmation. the worse part is I called a couple times and left messages for the salesman to call me whenever he has time to just know if I need to go to another dealership. apparently, he does not find me worthy of responding or calling back given his attitude first time I walked i to this dealership. overall, after reading reviews of this dealership, I understand you will have either a good or bad experience in this dealership, however, it all depends on the mighty salesman judgement of you and if he finds you range rover worthy.

Very good service from Yves at Jaguar, was particularly happy about the honesty of the pricing, no hidden fees, what you see is what you get.As an added bonus they’re was winter tires included with my lease that I was not aware of, at the delivery they had put me the tires in the trunk, they could of easily kept them and sold them instead. Thanks for the honesty, it’s very refreshing.

Jaguar / Land Rover Brossard saved me over 10s of thousands!!!I brought a sports car I was interested in buying to Brossard Jaguar for a pre-purchase inspection. After finding many expensive issues, they called me to ask if they should keep going? I declined to continue the inspection as the issues they found were already enough to cancel my purchase.I am very impressed that they called me early to save me money and still do such a thorough job. Fantastic experience so far! My partner and I purchased a used car from Marc from out of town (Ottawa). Marc was completely helpful in arranging things over the phone, text, and email and was very pleasant to buy from. Not pushy at all and a fair negotiation took place. Upon arrival we were greeted with cold water and took delivery of the car. As we drove back to Ottawa we noticed that the “service now” warning came on, a genuine mistake the dealership made, but they took it very seriously and arranged to have the car service at my earliest convenience. Mike, in the service department, has to be the nicest guy I’ve ever spoke with in his line of work. He was friendly, honest, and provided a few solutions to a small hiccup we had with the active exhaust valve. Id buy a car from this group again in a heartbeat.
