The service department are a bunch of crooks. Don’t take your car here to get it fixed THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BIG TIME!!! I was told they couldn’t be trusted but I didn’t listen to my elders and just look at the other bad reviews. UGGG

I have two Fords', a 2018 Mustang and a 2018 F150 and although I live in Halifax I drive the 100kms to Bridgewater so I can take my cars for service at Mosher Motors. Nothing in HRM compares to how well they treat you at Moshers' and their pricing is completive and sometime better than what you can find in HRM. They do great work and my car is always ready when they say it will be.

I always get a confirmation of the appointment a few days ahead. Car is always returned on time and the issue is always resolved when I get the vehicle back. Great service and friendly staff.

Service Dept. Is great. My vehicle had a very slow anti-freeze leak causing engine temp to overheat. Even adding dye the cause for loss of anti-freeze was not detectable immediately so had to occasionally add fluid to radiator. Finally the loss accelerated and engine temp suddenly overheated. Took car to Mosher Motors immediately and they took my vehicle in to put on hoist and found the rad hoses seriously leaking. It was a Friday and hoses for my vehicle were not in stock so they replenished fluid in the rad to to get me through weekend and scheduled me Monday to have hoses replaced.All the guys behind service desk willing to help and a special shout out to Rob whom I have mostly interacted with for my vehicle service needs.Really pleased with all my vehicle service experiences at Mosher Motors.u

Service department provided excellent communication, kept us in the loop, discussed all recall, preventive maintenance and faulty items for our F-350 DRW. We have had a similar experience in the past at the very same service garage, and don't mind the travel time from Port Lorne to Bridgewater, it's hard enough to find a decent service garage these days, dealership or not.
