If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had in medical office in my life. Kiara Hare, young female at the front desk was so aggressive and disrespectful towards me and others that I made a comment that she should be more polite. After that she started raising her voice on me. When I was trying to calm her down, she warned me that I could be removed from the clinic and started making my life difficult.Her female supervisor was not much help also.I called David Wetter one of the bosses in Calgary. He was not concerned about that at all and kind of blaming me. He was a smarty pants, also very disrespectful. It looks like all those people working there are a little different.Avoid if you can.

Twice in one week I went in and received timely and thoughtful service. The staff were excellent, knowledgeable and kind. They were able to get me in for an appointment quickly and easily. The office is clean and allows for good distancing. Even being the next patient immediately after a grumpy person who complained loudly about having to wait when he had missed his appointment time, the staff were friendly, polite and went out of their way to treat me quickly and with great care.

I recently went for my first treatment (regarding my SI joints). Honestly life changing. I am grateful to all of the staff whom are polite and cordial. Everyone at the office wore a bright and welcoming smile. This alone is comforting, especially when there are elements of anxiety or apprehension. Dr. Halliday specifically performed the injections (via fluroscopy imaging) she was brilliant, quick and engaging. I absolutely cannot praise this facility enough for how I felt prior, during and after treatment. A thousand thank you's!

My wife came to this location and was very unpleasantly surprised that her ultrasound was performed by a male. She was too shy to request a female on the spot, but still, the office should obviously provide a female for female procedures. The male was professional but rough, my wife said with the machine. This is more of a review to warn people to request a female is needed and not to assume you'll get on. Also, for the diagnosis center to use their brains when assigning people

Absolutely the best place I've been to for diagnostic. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. From the minute you walk in you feel welcomed. The staff are kind patience and understanding. I actually felt like a person and not a number. Shout out to both the xray girl and the ultrasound tech. Thanks for the compassion you showed me. Highly recommend this location...

Almost" without exception

The associate I spoke to who was actually over the phone was extremely rude and aggressive. This was now the 2nd time they were calling to cancel when I asked what the reason was she got so nasty towards me informing me she knows nothing. I told her she’s in an environment where she is dealing with people who are dealing with sensitive issues and that she should be retrained on how to speak with people. Her name is Kristen she refused to give me any other information but she books and cancels appointments over the phone.

Always excellent patient care at the Westgate location!Cheerful, efficient staff in all areas.Dr.Ho is fantastic.... personable and professional..... I've had more than multiple cortisone shots by him, and he has NEVER hurt me.

One of the staff named Brandi thinks it okay to push aside someone bf so that they couldn’t see their gfs ultrasound photo of my son. I find she’s rude and makes going to that clinic very uncomfortable for me

Phoned for appointment with the requisition from my doctor. They told me they can't book an appointment without a requisition for ultrasound first and then they can book both appointments for the same day. Went back to doctor and he faxed the requisition. Phoned to book the appointment and was told the appointments can't be booked on the same day. This plus being put on hold several times for a long time and being told I have to send a pic of the requisition I had in my possession (not required). Don't go here if you can avoid it. You will surely end up very frustrated.
