10/10 recommend this service. You can speak to doctor over the phone, through video chat or even in person if necessary at at least one of their locations in Surrey, BC. I use their service often. Very convenient for prescription refills as they send the prescription directly to the pharmacy if your choice, some of the pharmacies will even deliver your medication upon request!! Love love love this service.

Can't believe I got an appointment in only one day for my son. although video calls were not available to me they called me on the phone on time, with alternative solutions to a problem that we were having. absolutely would recommend especially for the lack of wait time. I hope this keeps up!

I had the same experience with Dr. Brar as others. She was rude and unprofessional and just abruptly hung up the phone without an explanation after she refused to renew a prescription. I couldn’t even say good bye. Customer service is obviously not her strong side.

Booked an appointment, no call, no email, nothing. Called in, emailed. Literally zero service, what a waste of time. Don't even bother. If zero was an option I would give it. Does the $50 no show fee apply in reverse?

It's been 3 days since I have had my consultation and the prescription still has not made it to the pharmacy. This is my second time with viva and it seems like you have to follow up every time to get your prescription and requisition forms. You cannot even talk to a representative when you need to follow up on something.

Super helpful and very quick to book appointments. I often get same day service. I’ve spoken to 3 or 4 different drs here and they are all great to deal with. Highly recommend!!

I do not know what is going on. I got a voice mail today from a Dr and Dr said that they will try me later. I have no missed calls as I spoke to the doctor yesterday no issues. A few weeks ago same thing. I did miss the first call and received a message saying they will try later. I had no more missed calls but now supoosidly have 3 strikes and have to pay $50.00. Today call went straight to my voicemail no rings. The only thing I can see is they are using an app that they might not know how to use properly. Personally I am not good at them either so.... I do not know what to do in this case.

Very easy to setup an appointment. There are even same-day appointments. I setup an appointment with a family doctor. I didn't even get a call at the time of the appointment. I waited 40 minutes past the appointment time. Nothing. Two stars for having available appointments, I suppose. Too bad no one is on the other end.

If I could give zero stars I would. Phone call appointment over 2 hours late. Prescription supposed to be expedited by noon because I have a fever and am need of antibiotics. The only response I got after many emails(no other form of contact avail) was a lie that said it has been sent in. Which it clearly hasn’t. Either they didn’t send it or they sent it to the wrong place both are ridiculously incompetent My fever is at 39.2 now. Still waiting, closing in on 2.5 hours past when they said they would call it in. Never again. I should have read the reviews. If I hadn’t advocated for myself I’m sure I would not have gotten my meds today.
