I pursued a new vehicle in January 2023 and was nervous about getting it protected and detailed. Upon picking it up I took it directly to the team at Fix Auto Downtown. They walked me through all of the available options and benefits of their services. I felt that they listened to my needs and made recommendations that were a perfect fit. The finished product was amazing ! Their attention to detail and personal service exceeded all of my expectations.

The experience I had at FIX Auto Express was nothing short of perfect. I will discuss the actual work that took place, but I first need to say the customer service by Dez, Ryan and friends was nothing short than a perfect 100%. From the first time I walked through the doors I felt welcomed. I had a general idea of what I needed done and Dez walked me through all the options and gave me ample time to make up my mind. The appointment to drop off the vehicle was only 2 days after I said “Let’s do this”. My requests for work were probably a little different in that I had purchased a 2020 truck that I wanted to have look like new. Dez kept me informed and we made decisions together along the way as to what was best for the truck. Very comfortable making decisions with both Dez, Ryan and friends. Once completed I was like a kid at Christmas. The truck looked phenomenal. VERY HAPPY! FIX Auto downtown Edmonton is my go to place for automobile repairs, detailing and meeting the best service people a guy could ask for. I had an amazing experience having my car repaired and cleaned by Fix Auto downtown Edmonton! Des and Terri were incredible supports to make sure I knew what was going on with my car and what to expect. They made the whole experience, including working with my insurance company, easy and seamless. Every once in a while you come across a business that cares about the people, and Fix Auto Downtown is that business. My daughter who saved her whole life for her first car was hit from behind, and the damage substantial. When she went in to Fix Auto Downtown she was immediately greeted by Heng who took the time to evaluate the car, made her feel at ease about the situation and told her they could make it better than new. When it came to fixing the car, Fix Auto Downtown did not disappoint!!! I am not surprised that they guys in the back would go above and beyond the basic fix. Ryan one of the techs and his team did an amazing job! Ryan even took the time to fix and manually improve the license plate holder. My daughter feels great about her car and so do I!!!The staff makes you understand the process, and simply put they are amazing!! Amazing staff comes from great leadership, I cannot thank Des and his staff enough!!! Teri is super nice and efficient. I was in and out of there for an appraisal of damage in like 15 mins max. I parked across the street a bit away and she had no problem to go find my car and look at it there.The space of the place is super cool. Love the work from whoever designed the space.
