Ponderosa Dentistry – A Family Dental Centre

Dr Daniel Wong is the best dentist I have ever had! He is kind patient and explains exactly what he is going to do. I wont go to anyone else. Hes the best!!

My family has been going to Dr. Wong for years, he is highly professional and explains everything clearly. We completely trust his opinions and recommendations. Like others have mentioned, they are not pushy and show genuine care for our concerns. They also provide the softest toothbrushes :D we love them so much that we've purchased extras from the clinic.

I took my little daughter to doctor Singla for tooth repair and he fixed all my daughter's teeth very professionally and without anesthesia, I am really satisfied with his performance and I recommend him to everyone.

I have been to this clinic for many years and seen basically every dentist so far. Most recently I have been seeing Dr Wong and Dr Austin Chen, and I would definitely recommend them. The whole team does a good job of making the environment as comfortable as possible, while explaining all procedures as much as they can.

I rate this clinic highly. Dr Wong is a wonderful and skillful dentist and explaines all his procedures very well. They are always on time, the office is spotless and the staff is welcoming and impressively knowledgeable. I am happy to be in good hands when I go there!

Dr. Daniel Wong helped me with my new night guard. He was very patient and friendly, answered all my questions and explained how to take care of the night guard with simple and direct information. I, a 70+ senior, felt very comfortable and grateful. He also took time to adjust and fix the night guard for me so that I wouldn't have problem wearing it at night.Dr. Wong, thanks very much for your great service!

This is my first ever written review on Google and it would have been disheartening if I didn’t do so due to the excellent experience had with out new family dentist, Dr Singla.Moving to Coquitlam not too long ago forced my family and I to look for a new dentist as the drive to downtown Vancouver is quite far and hectic to say the least.We decided to check out Ponderosa Dental Clinic due to the short commute but how lucky and wonderful it was to stumble upon Dr Singla. He made our (daughter and I) first visit a great experience. He gave us excellent insight into what care and treatment is needed moving forward.At 50 years of age I will look no further and happy to have my family see Dr Singla for all our dental needs.He has my highest recommendation.

I spent four decades in the Health Care profession and have come away perhaps more than a little jaded, so it takes a lot to impress me.Dr. Daniel WONG and his staff have indeed impressed me.To a person, each and every interaction, they are friendly, engaging, respectful and professional.Dr. Wong, and all of the young ladies in his office are genuinely kind, warm and caring. It's like going in to visit friends...pretty cool.I have seldom been made to wait past our booked appointment times, and getting a convenient appointment is always manageable.Routine cleaning and maintenance work is done to satisfaction, and there is never a push to do more than is necessary. They are always upfront about what is covered, what is a must, and what would be nice to do. The work is done efficiently and with as little discomfort as possible.The office is immaculate, everything is clean and tidy, the office folks are behind plexiglass and the medical staff are gloved, gowned and masked. Absolutely no concerns regarding COVIDDuring my most recent check-up Dr. Wong recommended a crown. He did all the prep work, including installing a temporary crown. I had another chronic issue that he warned could be exacerbated by the temporary work and he was right. I sent an email telling him about my sleepless night and he called right quick, made time after the end of his day (they were fully booked during regular hours) and got me sorted, at no charge. He was genuinely concerned that his efforts may have caused discomfort and made every effort - successfully! - to mitigate it, including building another temporary appliance,.Nothing but praise for Ponderosa Family Dental, Dr. Wong and all of the staff there.

I had the privilege of having my upper wisdom tooth extracted by probably one of the nicest professionals I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with lately and that is Doctor Singla. He explains everything is great detail and I swear I’ve never had a better experience in 23 years I’ve been in this country. I got poked like 6 times with anesthetic before the actual extraction and he was so gentle I could hardly believe it. My tooth was broken in two and Dr. Singla managed to take it out in seconds with hardly any effort. Looking forward to seeing Dr. Singla again :)
