I used The Paul Meredith Team for my first time home purchase after trying the bank and others with no luck. I am self employed wich makes it a bit harder to get a mortgage but Paul Meredith Team got it done with no issues. I worked with Amanda mostly and she was beyond amazing. I can't thank her and the team enough. I'm super glad and grateful that I found this company. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone, they are by far the best.

Paul was referred to us by a friend who also had an excellent experience dealing with him and his team. We always dealt directly with our bank for mortgage renewals but we felt it was worth reaching out to Paul since it seemed we weren't getting the best experience or renewal pricing from our existing financial institution. Overall, we had an incredible experience dealing with Paul Meredith and his team. Luisa, their lead team member, was very proficient at handling document processing and their online portal was very user-friendly. Paul was extremely responsive to our many emails and calls and he would provide excellent explanations/education about the process and best mortgage options available to us. Our renewal timing also coincided with the collapse of SVB which had instant and significant impacts on lending rates and Paul was quick to jump on this and get us a further rate reduction. He was able to get us a commitment/rate that was unmatched in the industry and far lower than what our existing institution was able to provide. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed by how hard Paul and his team worked on our file and it was one of the best financial services experiences we have ever had and, to put this into context, our regular banking is through Private Wealth at one of the big banks where top level service is expected and Paul exceeded that.

I really enjoyed working with Paul. He was able to guide us through the mortgage renewal process and reviewed options with us to help us make the best decision. We had conversations about our goals (short, mid and long term) and he was upfront about all the possible costs we could incur in the specific scenarios we were evaluating. Paul is an absolute pro. I reached out about my upcoming mortgage renewal, and he was able to secure a rate well below what the banks were offering publicly. The best deal just happened to be at my current Big 5 lender. Paul excels at communication and customer service - he let me know where the process was at every step of the way. I never had to chase him for information. At one point, he recommended holding for a week because he had a feeling that rates were going to go down. Sure enough, they did. After securing the rate, he passed me on to one of his team, Cassandra, to close the deal. Cassandra was fantastic as well!
