Jay made our legal basement with a kitchen and a bathroom. He explained to us clearly his approach and kept us updated with his progress and next steps. His workmanship is clean. We are quite happy with his work and how our basement turned out. I would surely recommend him.

Jay put in posts and built a fence between our property in Waterloo and our one neighbour's house. The construction of the fence was done very well and Jay quoted a fair price. The neighbours and I were both pleased. I would recommend Jay for fence work. I left out one star because I do feel like there was some room for improvement for communication which Jay and I spoke about and he is keen on improving. Best wishes with future projects in Kitchener-Waterloo Jay!
