The chili was just like soup! - hardly any meat. Very watery, flavour okay. I’ve tried calling but just get a French recording by operator! Cannot reach the staff.

Went to this Wendy’s nearby to try their “limited” egg BLT breakfast sandwich. It was quite tasty but smaller than I expected nevertheless pretty good for a fast food sandwich. Surprisingly, the French toast strips was just as tasty.I went around 9:45 am so just after the morning rush and before the lunch hour. Needless to say, the restaurant was quite empty. The counter person demeanour was quietly “neutral” but competent.Clean and modern decor. New self serve beverage machine was nice.Overall your typical new look Wendy’s restaurant.

Staff often omit ingredients. Must always check food for missing items. App/Mobile orders fraught with bugs. There is no way complain to Wendy's head office, even through surveys. Food is good though.

I ordered on Uber eats as a scheduled order!Came later than scheduled! And forgot what I had asked for. They didn’t give utensils, ketchup and messed up my drink order! 40$ for 2 combos!

While we were eating our ice cream, an order was called an an older gentleman went to pick it up. The cream and sugar was on the counter beside the coffee cup. Dustin picked them up and handed them to the gentleman's hand. I was really impressed with the teenager. Most adults don't even do that little step to make customer service better.

Went for takeout.Service was good and fast. Sadly, when I got home I found the burgers squashed, the fry cartons only half filled. For the price I expected better.Wendy's has a good product, but I won't be going back any time soon after this experience.

I'd give it full stars, but the issue with this particular wendy's is one of the managers. She's an indian lady, wears glasses and has the worst attitude. She sounds miserable everytime I hear her through the intercom, doesn't even say anything when I pay she just sticks the machine out, hands over my food and shuts the window. doesn't even say have a nice day"

I don't know if they have changed the franchise ownership but see the restaurant getting deteriorating recently. The soda drink lid dispenser was broken, ran out of regular coke, ran out of ice from the soda fountain during last two visit this month. Honestly, the management needs to do some actual store managing tasks.

Usually I find this Wendy's hamburgers fresh and tasty. Today, it was quite the opposite, meat tasted bad, the bun was stale and it was not hot nor warm!!
