Quality Inn & Suites

Me and my sister stayed in this hotel for a 3 day visit to Hamilton.We were very impressed with the service and the quality of care that was offered during our stay.The customer service was great and every staff member was very courteous and informative about the area and gave us very good information for visitors that don't know the area.They have made many upgrades to the hotel brand new breakfast area/ meeting room a heated pool and a very comfortable lobby with a computer station for visitors use.The room was very clean and comfortable and was maintained professionally by house keeping staff that offered excellent service.I will definitely stay again as it was very affordable too!

The staff were very nice and helpful and the rooms were spotless. The main area is beautiful and their breakfast is very good. The only thing I will say is that I forgot my Samsung phone charger in room #203 and I left it plugged into the wall where the nightstand is. I never once moved/unplugged it so I know that I left it there. They were helpful in trying to find it but alas, they claimed they never found a phone charger on the nightstand so obviously that means one of the cleaning ladies/men stole it as it is in plain view. There is no way they would've left that charger plugged into the wall before the next guest checks in as it was in plain view. Great hotel but try not to forget anything there as the staff will steal it. I am writing this review in hopes that staff member gets fired. The hotel does in fact have a lost and found and the one who cleaned #203 on Dec 19, 2022 didn't bother to put it in the lost and found and stole it instead. Very disappointing. However, I will still be coming back as the service was great and it is a beautiful, clean hotel. Just hope they terminate this person as no guests should have their items stolen.

Very clean hotel...pool under construction..free breakfast nothing special....reception desk staff snobbish
