I've used mopify multiple times, for either one off cleans or currently bi-weekly cleans when i don't have the time with work and kids. They always do a fantastic job, our currently cleaner leaves our house immaculate and is so friendly with our dog and when communication. 10/10 would recommend.

The team at Mopify is really responsive if you message them. The cleaners have been really professional. Some are better than others but can usually get help relatively shortly if needed.My most recent clean I had a wonderful cleaner who was nice and did a great job!

I used mopify for quite some time. There were often last minute cancellations or cleaners being late. They also broke multiple items in the course of cleaning (a dish and part of my vacuum). They did pay to replace the vacuum component. I took a break from their service and when I tried to renew they had no cleaners available. UPDATE: in response to mopify I never said I would post a negative review. I stated I would post an appropriate review. Also, they said they couldn’t find a cleaner for my selected time. That is incorrect. I was told they had no cleaner for any day or time.

Mopify is exceptional in all aspects. Great communication, flexible and their staff are excellent. Our current cleaner, NNeoma, is incredibly thorough. And… prices and level of service are excellent. I would highly recommend Mopify.

Very happy with our monthly Mopify cleanings. Great value (our cleaner Diane is so efficient and gets more done in way less time than I ever could) and I really like how all the bookings/requests/communications is all through Mopify's online dashboard. They try to send the same cleaner every month and it's easy to add on certain tasks/requests on a one time basis. I also like the option to provide your own cleaning products ($10 less per clean) because we prefer to use eco-friendly products and microfibre cloths rather than paper towel.

Very happy with our recent clean. The cleaner took the time to finish everything requested and even tackled our hard to clean glass lighting in the kitchen. She was on time, and didn’t cut our time short. Would definitely book again.

Not sure what to say, we booked them for 6 hours of cleaning. The work was terrible. 2200sq ft home, virtually nothing was done. Waste of money and time. Stay away...literarily anyone else will be better.

I use Mopify once a month for cleaning. They are always on time, reliable, and do a good job. They also let you set up recurring cleanings based on your schedule, the website is easy to use, and if there are any issues they are resolved right away. I would definitely recommend as a company!
