I was given a written quote by Martel 4 years ago and they haven't showed up yet after being told that they would do it within two weeks. I have called numerous times every year. I've been told next week ..in 2 weeks ..we will call the night before and here we are four years later and the tree still stands. Terrible service.

J'avais des inquiétudes par rapport à un arbre sur mon terrain qui penche un peu trop vers la maison des voisins à mon goût. Jean-Paul est venu vérifier tous les arbres sur mon terrain, en dedans de 24h et sans frais. Gentil, professionel et connaissant, il a su répondre à toutes mes questions et inquiétudes.Je ne ferai pas enlever cet arbre maintenant, mais je sais mieux maintenant comment décider si le moment est venu de le faire. Si ce moment vient, je ferai sûrement appel à Martel Tree Service pour m'aider!

A balsam poplar tree on our property was uprooted during Fiona and being held up by trees beside it. We didn't think there was much urgency to cleaning it up but after the last winter storm its position shifted and it was now evident it could damage gravestones on the neighbouring cemetery if it came all the way down. I called several tree service companies on a Friday afternoon and I quickly found out tree services have an off season. I was getting worried we wouldn't get the tree cleaned up before it was too late but luckily for us Martel's answered my call. Jean-Paul came the next day, driving 70+ km to get to us on a Saturday. He was knowledgeable and very skilled, he had the tree dealt with within a half hour. We are so happy and so relieved! The price was excellent too. Thank you Jean-Paul!
