Luis and his team did an amazing job resurfacing my existing concrete patio with epoxy. He is extremely professional and ensured that we picked the right application for my needs as we were covering a colored concrete (pink- see BEFORE picture with dog) and wanted to have it compliment the newly expanded patio done with stones (see AFTER picture with pergola). This solution was perfect for what I wanted. I would recommend his organization to anyone. I am now thinking of getting my garage floor done!

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. They came and did an “epoxy” floor. And I put quotes cause it wasn’t even epoxy they used. No only did they leave huge gaps like this all over the place, they left it FULL OF GARBAGE. As you can see in the photos below as well. EMPTY boxes were moved across a floor and huge scratches left. They claimed this floor to be durable and handle heavy foot traffic ( word for word fromThere Instagram post ) and yet it couldn’t even handle a box. We had 2 other flooring companies come in after and confirmed they did not use epoxy, and we got a full refund after days of arguing. The owner came in and accused of not taking care of the floor before issuing the refund. But left it the way they did full of cracks and garbages. So I’d highly recommend not using these guys. Not sure how they have a 5 star rating.

We hired Topcoat Flooring to polish our basement concrete floor, and to epoxy our garage floor too. Luis was great from the time we contacted him for a quote, through to the week that the work would be done. They were super polite, organized and very respectful of our property as they had to bring in their machines to our basement. They cleaned up as they went each step of the way. Super professional. I would highly recommend them.

When I looked for a company to complete the epoxy flake finish I was looking for I came across topcoat flooring, after reading the reviews and speaking with Luis I knew I was in good hands to complete our dog kennel flooring, Luis came out and viewed the facility, he was very respectful and honest about his product, Luis was very flexible with working out a time and had made custom adjustments that benefited the final product installed. His pricing was more than fair and the quality of the work is amazing. I would 110% recommend this company. See you and the team in the spring for the next project!!

Luis and his staff did a great job refinishing our garage floor. It looks far better than plain concrete and will be make a big difference eliminating the dust that always accumulated from the pitted and deteriorating cement. All of the staff from TOPCOAT FLOORING were courteous, professional and safety conscientious. The only downside is that now I have to fix up the rest of the garage to match the floor :) Good value, quality work and friendly service.
