A great auction house! Robin came to our home to help us get started with our downsizing project, he was very polite, calm and not pushy, which made it much easer for us to make our decision. He understood just how hard it was going to be for us to part with items that we had collected for several years. We so very much enjoyed his visit, when he gives his word he keeps it, something very rare these days. Josee answered all our emails very promptly. Very responsible and knowledgeable people. We have been buying from Pridhams both online (though Live Auctioneers and Hibid) as well as in person at live auctions for almost 5 years now. We have purchased several great pieces large and small, ranging from furniture to art to decor pieces. Every experience has been top notch. The quality of the goods and the accuracy of their description stands out, as does the overall post-sales experience. We always look to their upcoming auctions for new pieces, and we highly recommend them as trustworthy and honourable auctioneers.

Best possible experience! Robin is extremely professional, attentive to his clients’ expectations and needs, generous of his time and always ready to answer questions. He gives all his energy during the auction and his patience, professionalism and determination remain amazingly high all day.
