I'm filing case against them because they are scammers. I didn't get the product I ordered. Now the tracking and the links not responding.

This website is a scam, they will routinely spam you with pop ups of random products while trying to checkout. The cancel function on these pop ups is designed in a way that changes location until you accidentally hit accept. At that time you will already have your card information input. Disgusting and shameful business practice.

I ordered an item that was supposed to ship within two weeks on Dec 11. I still haven’t received the item and the customer service has been atrocious.

i ordered a jacket, it took over a month and a half to arrive, when it did it was too small and not what we were looking for. i emailed to return and refund it, i got a email back but with a offer for a exchange. i said that was nice but we just want a refund, and now we’re being ignored. highly do not recommend.

At first, their picture and actual product will be different, like literally way cheaper one, for example you paid $25 worth of an item and they send you $1 or $2 worth of an item all the way from china. Secondly, you had to wait more than a month sometime 2 month waiting depend on customs. Thirdly, when you realized that their product was not up to the mark and you wanted your money back, the real trouble starts. They want you send return shipping from your own pocket and there is no guarantee that you will get your money or right product back. Worst of all is their customer service champion. Very very poor experience with him as well. Overall this business is like a scam to me. Don’t waste your money or card information with them. I wish I could give negative stars but 1 star is the least so I had to give minimum 1 to explain their true colors.

I ordered an item back at the beginning of June. Told it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Fast forward through July, and August... nothing. I asked for my money back numerous times and was told it was shipped out and it should arrive soon. No. I wanted my friggin money back.End of august I was told another item would be shipped out. I got that item 3 weeks later and it was NOTHING like the picture. An item that was definitely WAY cheaper than what I paid.When I asked support about this they said shipping would look into it... and... you guessed it... they disappeared.Do NOT order from them. They are a scam company.

Bad experience. Ordered my product on Feb 14 and still don't have it. My card was charged right away instead of when the product is shipped out. No phone # to contact them only email. And it takes days before someone will respond. and they wouldn't let me cancel my order saying that it has already been forwarded to the shipping department. And you get spammed with emails asking if you want to buy other products. Will never buy from here again! It said I would receive the product by Feb 20th and I needed it by Feb 21st. If I could, I wouldn't even have given them one star, but one star is the min to submit a review.

I ordered three items from them and they sent me six of one of the items but didn’t send me the most expensive item I ordered. I contacted them asking how to return the extra items and asking for my missing item. I spent months emailing back and forth with them only to get stonewalled every time by “customer service.” Eventually I gave up, which I suppose is what they wanted me to do. Caveat emptor.

I only gave this terrible company one star because I could not give any less, just wanted to let people know that they are out to make easy money and have no intention of sending you the product you paid for and ordered. I ordered a cordless saw for garden use and paid them the money without thinking of looking the company to find out that only take your money and after that do not send you the product or refund your money, they are thief’s out to make easy money and do not answer any of you emails or refund your money. BEWARE they and thieves, have no intention to send anything or do anything an honest company I’m surprised that in this country the government does allow this and do not take them off sites that they are on. I see that this has been done to a lot of people like me who are unaware of them and their intentions. THIS COMPANY is out to cheat you and take your money, do not give them any orders or money.
