Cara makes you feel so comfortable. I had never done yoga before I met Cara and she made me fall in love with it. Even after the first session with her I became more aware of my posture, alignment, and breathing. I enjoy weight lifting, and yoga with Cara has improved my mindfulness about form and movement. She makes it easy for you to learn and improve. She has motivated me since day 1, I always look forward to my next session with Cara.
