I'd leave negative stars if I could. Absolutely useless union. They do NOTHING for members. I have been trying to file complaints for months, and can't get anywhere. So a toxic and unsafe work environment persists. What are my mandatory union dues going towards?!!!!! Why don't you actually do your JOBS and help members!!!

Was looking to get some help with a situation that i'm in. Literally nobody answers the email or answer any phone calls. They said they were busy with the huge lay off from the city but even after a couple of months after that incident. I still don't get any answer from these guys even when I left a voice mail and sent out an email. Most of the people are also working from home due to the pandemic and they aren't even able to answer any calls or emails. These guys are suppose to be there to support and help out members but all I can say is that, I certainly did not get any help!

Well after all the covid stuff, I'm hearing a good amount of the staff are still working remotely.So many times your calls will go to voicemail. Lack of updates concerning situations that effect you.You have to go out of your way and keep calling or asking others.Sad.

Trying to get help when you need it is impossible. I have left messages and have not received calls back. I moved over a year ago and have advised of my new address, yet their records still shows as my old address.There needs to be some kind of system where members are always called back snd where changes are easy to make.
