The Service Department team at S.G. Wells Ford is second to none. Everyone is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and provide excellent service from the minute you walk in to the minute your car has been serviced and you drive away. I can’t say enough about the great service. I have never had any issues with this dealership. Staff are friendly and courteous and always helpful. Service mechanics are great. I have even called the owner at home after hours and he had an employee meet me when I had mechanical problem with my vehicle. Great job!!

Had a great experience with SG Wells this morning having my car serviced for the first time there. The tech that provided the service was excellent and very informative of the work provided and was straight forward on what needed attention and what didn't.They also went above and beyond and installed and balanced some trailer tires for me without an appointment which was a huge time saver for me.The advisor I dealt with (Tom) was a great help and walked me through the bill and report card to show me how my car is doing overall. Extremely friendly and approachable service department that doesn't add the stress of going to a dealership.

They are really good selling brand new vehicles I got two brand new truck from SG WELL 2019 ford f150 and 2022 f150 paper work took couple days another couple days you can go and pick your vehicle 10/9 , I did most of my oil change and other repairs SGWELL ford service the are really good with that too 10/8 but when I try to transfer of EQUITY bad communication it’s been almost 3 weeks I didn’t get proper information if you are getting your vehicles from small town usually they are good but this transfer of EQUITY they are bad with that my next vehicle I will but in the future from city dealerships 10/1

I had brought a 2011 ford xlt for some big repairs, i had requested specific parts that I knew needed replacing as well as inspection to find out if the truck needed more then what I knew or if the work was even worth it. After agreeing to the work to be done they found $1700 in general work after the original inspection. 3 weeks later I brought the vehicle back for a safety inspection and it needed a list of 7 different things.I understand these are different inspections but I expected a professional inspection would of caught all or some of these issues, after voicing my displeasure I was told I didn't ask for the inspection and there was a problem in communication.I feel misinformed and used.Being said the work what was done seems to done well.

Just bought my first car here and Jamie was amazing with helping me through the process. He was very honest and made sure I found a car that I liked and that was in my budget. He was very responsive and communicated everything as this was my first time buying a car and he made this process super easy and fast. He went out of his way to answer my questions to make sure I was happy with everything. I will definitely be recommending others about this place and recommending Jamie as he was a huge help.

I've been going to this dealership for many years. They are small but offer excellent personal service. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. No long waits for appointments or servicing. If they don't have the vehicle you want, they'll find it. Compared to what's available in Cornwall, it's totally worth the short drive for the honesty, integrity and great service.

Can't express enough how a great experience I had, as a customer. Claude was easy going and didn't pressure me or steer me. We got what we wanted.Claud showed his passion and devotion to his client and was there for me every step of the way. He accommodate my schedual and was always greating me with a smile.This kinda service is very rare in this buisness and shows that he likes what he does.
