Ordered delivery from their own website. The website updated the status of the order, and about a half hour after it stated delivery was completed, I called to see where it was and was told they were busy so it was just leaving. Okay no problem. Received the food a while later and the delivery driver was friendly and apologetic. When he left, we found that there were 3 items missing. When I called to let them know, they offered to leave a note at the front so the next time I ordered they will send those items with the order. I do not feel comfortable ordering from them again, which is too bad because the food we got was pretty good, and the offered some traditional dishes that you don't normally see.

Used to love this place, ordered off skip the dishes(as they do not deliver) paid 45 dollars and was sent very stingy amount of ribs and chop suey, and the chow mien had like 2 pieces of chicken. And the rice usually comes in the round metal containers, which it did not. Would you pay 45 dollars for this??? The ribs don't even touch the top of the container. Never ordering from them again. I called the restaurant and they said there was nothing they can do. What a sad waste.

We recently moved to highlands so we decided to give this place a shot.Advice: don’t bother.The lemon chicken has a sliver of chicken engulfed in a fat layer of soggy breaded fried grossness is all I can describe that as.Ginger beef is passable after you remove it from the soupy container full of sauce.Sorry but we will just drive further next time for good food.

They got the largest sized combination plate in the city . Very fresh , Large portions and classic flavours in the Chinese food you crave. Anyone that complains about there food in any way is just a nit picking busy body that doesn’t have taste buds.Been getting food from here at least 6 years and never an issue.Prices are reasonable considering the amount you get.Can’t recommend joy ho Chinese food enough. :)

Worst place ever in my books, paid 30.00$ for a “dinner for two” deal and when it came to my door the food was in these small styrofoam containers, one container could barely be split between two people, where I come from the portion sizes are the size of two of these put together. Other then that, the broccoli clearly had too much stem on Iran’s the meat has this weird gritty taste/texture. Also they are the worst spring rolls I’ve ever had. I took one bite and that was it for me.Never returning here again.Also Never recommending it.

Best Chinese food in Edmonton! When I was at the Drake I ordered it. When I was at the 4-plex on 118th I ordered it. Unfortunately I am 8.2 kms away from it now so can’t order delivery. Good is always hot, not greasy at all, flavourful, reasonably priced, good value for my money and they are always friendly. Only thing I miss about that area lol

Ordered from here 2 days ago and am just getting over the worst food poisoning I’ve ever experienced. Paid around $55 for the dinner for 3, the chicken chow mien tasted burnt, like as if they re heated the noodles in a pan where they had burnt something before. The chicken balls were undercooked and doughy. The lemon and chicken and spring rolls were the only good thing.

Kung Pow chicken is my absolute favourite but there are so many great dishes. The service here is always awesome; they even remember you by your order. Prices are fair and portions are huge and made fresh. I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed with my meal.

I have always like coming here. The staff are standoffish. But really good people. And the egg rolls are the best thing to get on the menu. I love them. They do run out a lot of them tho. But all and all great place to go.
