Jones Insurance Service Ltd

I have been a client of Jones Insurance for over a decade. Andrew Jones and Wanda King have always had my best interests in mind with my home and auto insurances. Whether it’s a new car added or a general inquiry, they always get back to me in a friendly and fast way. I have referred many friends and clients to these guys and they treat everyone just as good as they treat me.

Received some great insurance advice/education and help from Shelley today. Not currently a client but will be in touch when my current policy is up for renewal

“VERY RUDE STAFF”Was trying to get a commercial insurance, and someone called “RAY BARNWELL” sent me an email asking for my information, I replied with the information, I didn’t get an answer, so I contacted the office one time asking for him, and the lady in the front desk said will take my contact and will let him call me back, two hours later I got an email from him and this is the copy & paste from his email:I received the 2 missed calls from you and the message you left with my receptionist. However as indicated before Taxi’s quotes take time, and at this point to be honest we have received a large amount of requests in the last 3 weeks for taxi quotes, due to one of the companies in NB no longer offering policies to taxi drivers. I am currently working on taxi quotes from August 25th when I received the initial request. You are in line to get a quote, but I cannot put you to the front of the line. If you need it desperately I’d suggest continuing to call other brokerages that may not have as many submissions on their plate currently.I don’t know how his manager gave him in the training, but I am pretty sure that it was not included a customer service at all, very rude staff.

For a business that says they pride themselves on customer service, they treat their long term customers with disregard. Shop around. I'd give a zero star if I could.

No longer needed commercial insurance but told me it couldn't be removed because my insurance would double. Seemed ridiculous but whatever, decided to add insurance with a different company that would be $100 less per month, asked to cancel, they responded right away even though I'd sent many emails over 6 months to update information or to see about changing dates (they would take the payment anytime between the 12th and the 22nd of the month, even though my date was supposed to be the 15th). It got exhausting trying to figure out when the payment would actually come out. I signed the cancelation form, never received an email telling me I'd have to pay more money and never received anything by mail. Feel like they're just taking money out whenever they feel like. Would not recommend for commercial or otherwise.

I would not recommend Jones insurance as I have to wait 6 weeks to make any change on my policy. I do not wish to be contacted

Manager is very very very rude !! Would not get insurance here if it was the last place in town
