Tracy at BSM is incredibly helpful, super speedy (even during COVID), and managed to order some extra gear for me when I asked.The way to order is a little different, but understandable with a small business designated to female riders!I had been wanting a Hightail hair protector for a while, but have multiple heLmets, so I wanted extra clips than the single that the protector came with. I waited... and Black Sunshine responded to my Instagram inquiry of whether she could get clips in. Tracy ordered them for me, and got them out immediately. I received everything within 5 days (straddling a weekend) with it coming from NB to ON. Will buy from here again if need be. :)

Great service and follow up by Tracy! Haven’t been able to test out the product yet because riding season is over but I’m sure I will love it. Nice to have someone bringing products into Canada for women riders.
