Staff is afraid to greet costumers.I got turned away for walking inside (because of a staff shortage) but the store is small and there were 5 firs inside all just chit chatting. Drive thru backed into parking lot.No staff shortage just plain old lazy

Staff were unaware of app promotions 1 employee couldn't see the app detail or offer options for the app n what they had in the kitchen ..confusionSpeakers whe order outside they could not hear customers orders took longNot understanding1 staff member ( went above n beyondMade our order correct n to our satisfactionWe know her as MandyShes always chipper smile kind courteous energetic

The ONLY Tim Hortons that has the SAME coffee every day. Never burnt, never watered down... fresh, same tasting coffee and the ladies in there are very friendly. Best Tim's especially in the consistency department.
