I am not sure how many years Michelle has been my travel agent but I know it has been many, and I travel often. She is one of the most thorough, competent and compassionate travel agents and women I have ever known. When I book a trip with her I know that nothing has been left to chance. She makes sure I have all of the information I need for my trip and more. She promptly answers any questions that I have pre and post trip.On our most recent trip we had some issues with the hotel, and I reached out to Michelle out of frustration, and she immediately responded and did what she could to help out. She was also very helpful when it was necessary to cancel a trip when Covid started and I had to get my money back. I knew that she was overwhelmed because all of her clients were in a similar situation, and yet again she did everything she could to help out.I highly recommend Michelle for anyone’s travel needs.Thank you Michelle for all that you do! Michelle was patient when I was deciding on a destination for our family trip. She presented several options and she respected the budget I had set. Once I decided which to select she took care of every detail. She checked in with me throughout the trip to ensure that all was running smoothly. This is our 2nd experience with Michelle booking resort vacations. We loved both resorts, and Michelle contacted us both times when we arrived to make sure all was perfect, and it was! She made sure every detail was taken care of, including special events acknowledged and great locations of our rooms. She even changed our airplane seats and checked us in. No travel agent has ever given us such personal service.
