Got to Rona at 6:15 pm. They close at 8pm on Saturday. Nobody there could mix a gallon of paint. I guess they are short staffed.Thanks for the reply. I went back Monday and was served by an awesome paint mixer. Very friendly and very knowledgeable about paint. I changed my rating to 5 stars.

Update!The garden center sucks. Many things are not priced , no help, and the plants are not taken care of properly. The plants are overpriced as well. The staff was sitting down on the floor in the outside kioskRidiculous!Decent little hardware store. Good customer service. Friendly staff

Bought a bathroom fan in May. It died in August and has a two year warranty. Tried to return it in store and they said that I purchased a protection plan for it (a 15% surcharge), so I have to go through them. Contacted those people and they said they won't cover it until a year after the purchase... ??? What's the point of a protection plan???Called the number for warranty assistance in the fans user manual... They don't cover warranties for Rona anymore. They said call Rona/Lowes HQ and ask who is... REALLY??? Got completely run around with wrong info in store, wrong info on the user manual and had to spend upwards of 4 hours on hold through various calls... AND THEN, THE OPTIONAL PURCHASED PROTECTION PLAN MEANS NOTHING!!! THE PROTECTION PLANS AMOUNTS TO INSURANCE I ALREADY GET ON MY VISA...COMPLETED RUN AROUND FROM RONA...NEVER BUY THE SERVICE PLAN, IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

Jay at customer service was absolutely amazing. Extremely well knowledged . I had a leaky tub and my shaft was very old, like maybe 30 yrs. He found one that he thought might work (quite a difference from the original) and took the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend Jay to answer any questions you may have. Because of him I will definitely shop here over the big box stores.Thank you Jay for all your help…. And no more leaky tub:)

This was my first visit to Rona Chilliwack.I went there to pick up an online order. Looks are definitely deceiving. From the outside the store doesn't really look all that big but wow, once you're inside it's quite large.I must say that I was very impressed. The store is very well laid out and organized. It's bright and extremely clean.The staff were friendly and professional and very approachable.I didn't get a chance to browse around but I'll definitely be going back to wander around especially in the garden centre that I saw as I was leaving.See you soonThanks again

Was in the yard today looking at wood when a gentleman named Vince asked if I needed help. I used to frequent this store quite often so I have been helped by many employees but Vince really stepped I up. This guy is a total asset to Rona! Super helpful, so kind.....great employee. Thank you for your help today Vince!

My home recently needed new door locks and I went to explore my options at this location, I was feeling overwhelmed with the different types of locks, however one of the staff helped me through all the different options and guided me to make an educated decision on which type of locks to use. Overall, I got to learn a lot more about locks and it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this location to my friends and family.
