Could be a nice company, unfortunately Dispatch has to much power. Their Dispatches are thin skinned, moody, easily upset and retaliative. Another word, if you get on the bad side of Dispatch, they'll cancel your loads in revenge. They don't care about the efforts and sacrifices you putting out. And there's no oversight. Dispatch is king, their word is law.
