Adam is fantastic. He's my new go-to in Calgary. If you prefer silence through your massage, he'll do that, while checking in on the pressure; if you want conversation, he's a great conversationalist. Fantastic pressure, knowledge, and accommodating.If there wasn't ice on the sidewalk, I swear I would've been skipping home haha felt so great and light after all the work he did on my knots.

Adam was amazing! I have been so stressed with working from home and on a computer all day, he helped relieve tightness in my upper and lower back. He has TONS of experience and knows how to target specific pain points and provides instant relief. The whole experience was comfortable and very relaxing! I cannot say enough great things about this business. Adam gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. He is respectful, kind and is amazing with the hot stones. He only charges $80 for a massage and it is well worth it. I also love supporting a small local business. They are open through the holidays so use up those massage benefits folks!

I am very happy that I found Muscle Relief and Adam. I have had three different services with Adam: Deep Tissue Massage, Osteopathic Manual Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Adam is very knowledgeable in the therapies that he offers. Before every session Adam asked questions and then informed me of what would occur during the session. After every session I leave feeling like a million bucks with reduced pain and more flexibility. Plus I love the aromatherapy portion of the session too!
