As a repeat customer I was disappointed with my experience this year. There was a huge lack of communication. I understand that working remote may be new, but you should not offer your services if your not ready. I sent multiple emails and tried calling with no response to my questions. Disappointed and well move on to another company in 2021 tax year.

Very friendly and helpful. Appointments are probably preferred, however the staff was very accommodating. I was able to file my taxes and also receive some valuable feedback.
