The technician-Sam, was on time very professional and polite. He explained all that he had to do and and provided valuable information on parts. He cleaned up the area where he worked and did the job quickly and allowed us enough time for testing and feedback. I highly recommend him and his employers for other service jobs.

A1 Heating & Cooling is a great company! I was referred to them by a colleague at work, and had my furnace replaced. Everyone throughout the process was very knowledgeable and professional and did great work. Their furnace and A/C tune ups are reasonably priced and they do a thorough job to make sure your machines are working properly. They're kind of a throwback to the old days when companies actually cared about doing quality work and satisfying their customers. I've had nothing but great experiences with them. I highly recommend them!

From the first phone call until the repair is complete, there is friendly service. I heartily endorse this business. Throughout the years, we've used them for all of our maintenance, service, repairs, and equipment replacements on our other properties. Excellent value and prompt service! There are no issues with the workmanship because Max and his guys are skilled technicians. I've referred relatives and friends to A1 Heating & Cooling, and they have all commented on the superior service. Thanks! Very quick and easy appointment scheduling. Friendly service. Technician arrived on time and quickly had the Furnace unit up and running. He was very thorough when explaining the issue and my options to repair or replace a part. The repair cost was 90% less than replacement. It’s nice to deal with a company like A1 Heating & Cooling that operates with integrity and provides a high level of customer service.

Our furnace died on Christmas Eve and we thought we would be out of luck finding a technician, and would be stuck during the Holiday’s in the cold with 2 kids. The technician, Max, showed up that night full of energy and so kind and helpful. Even though Max was happy to fix the furnace if he could, we decided to purchase a new one and asked for pricing. I did some quick shopping around after receiving their pricing and I just couldn’t beat it. In a couple days we had a new furnace installed. Can’t thank A1 enough for coming out on Christmas Eve!

I am very satisfied with the service provided, they gave us a couple of options to solve our issue with the furnace. They took their time to install the new furnace and remove the rest and left everything working properly. Besides, we received good information and advices. Definitely, I will call them next time.
