Everything went smoothly, and he answered all my questions with honesty and professionalism. I had a feeling I could trust them. That's why I drove 8 hours from Ontario to here to trade in my bike. Hans is the director and handled all the in-person parts. He honored the deal. There was no trick. These people you can rely upon. The process was nice and easy. Hans was super patient and helped me a lot when transferring my old gears to the new moto. I really appreciate it, man. And all the other staff, they were very welcoming. Generally a really good vibe here. As for the bike, Impeccable! It's a used MT-O9 in perfect condition. I found the oil level was not that high though which is not a big deal, Hans had a technician fix it up real quick. And the next thing, I'm readly to rock and roll. I was recommanded by another friend to come to Saguenay to choose my bike, and I will definitely do the same.
